Training and Personnel Development
In order to provide superior service, you must have superior employees. Expeditors prides itself on having some of the most highly trained professionals in the transportation industry. To ensure this, we support 52 hours of training for every employee, every year. Our training staff is responsible for developing and implementing curriculum to support the ever changing skill set needed by our employees. They do so using multiple delivery techniques, such as classroom, computer based, and desk side modules.
