Transition Team
A new customer has decided to use Expeditors for a wide variety of services, spread over several different offices around the world. The sales team has committed certain levels of services and time frames for when these services can begin. Now it's time for the transition team. This group moves in and takes it from a concept to actual operating procedures that can be followed by the operations staff in coordinating the movement of freight. Once the plan is in place and fully executed around the world, this group moves on to begin implementing the next new piece of business.
